Dad started March off with working on a spot for our garden!
It is so cool to see the birds in our trees when the leaves are gone!
Carson, you had your first day of soccer practice today!
Here you are after your game, with our friend's the Nuefield's.
Oh,
man, I have so much trouble being stuck in the house for school when it
is so lovely outside! During the winter our backyard doesn't get a ton
of sun, so we take school out front!
Carson, you and Austynn made Paislee multiple birthday cards all month long!
You were both so excited about her birthday. These cards and money were
given to her in the middle of March! :)One of your strengths, Cars, is a definite heart to give to others!
The homeschool kids all gathered at Miss Kristy's house for a time to recite memorization in front of others.
Mary Poppins! You loved it!
Dad
had a meeting in Las Vegas, so we got to go with him. A definite perk
to home schooling is flexibility! We went to this park while he was in
the meeting. When he was done, we headed to the Red Rock Canyon National
Conservation Area. We are so enjoying all the new found beauty this
area provides!
I love how excited you get about gardening! You have also always really liked to cook!
How
cool!! Grandpa and Grandma drove all the to Mesquite to spend some
precious time with us! We met them at Peggy Sue's for lunch. What a
memorable time we shared together!
After
the Saturday morning soccer games, we headed to check out Zion National
Park (we LOVED it!). We also hit Bryce Canyon, which was spectacular,
as well.
Carson you lost a tooth at our ice cream stop in Zion! I think we lost it in the car on the way home! :(
We saw dear, big horned sheep, and buffalo!
Carson, you and Grandpa spent about an hour reading through science books, while the girls napped.
We watched a 3D movie that night :)
